Placing Your Order: What You Need to Know
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an “Order Confirmation” email as acknowledgment.
- Stock Confirmation & Shipment: We will promptly confirm the availability of your items with our suppliers. While most accessories and pre-built saunas are ready for immediate shipping, custom sauna orders may take additional time (see the Shipping Timeline below).
- Tracking Your Order: After your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we’ll dispatch your items. Tracking details will be sent to your email on the shipment day.
- Follow-Up: If you haven’t received tracking details within six business days of purchase, please contact us through any of our support channels.
Shipping Information
- Delivery Locations: We ship across the contiguous United States. For Alaska and Hawaii, additional fees apply. For a quote, please contact us at support@saunasprime.com. International shipping is currently unavailable, but check back for future updates.
- Special Delivery Conditions: If your delivery requires special handling, a “difficult delivery fee” may apply. Contact us for more details.
Shipping Timeline
- Custom Orders: Custom saunas usually take 3-4 weeks to prepare before shipping. This timeline may extend for highly specialized or customized orders.
- In-Stock Items: Sauna accessories and pre-built saunas typically arrive within 5-7 business days once payment is processed.
- Order Delays: In the event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances or supplier issues, a customer support specialist will contact you to discuss available options. You may cancel your order if the new conditions are unsatisfactory.
Upon Delivery
- Inspect Your Items: Before accepting delivery, inspect for any visible damage (e.g., dents or scratches) and note them on the delivery receipt. Signing a clean receipt means you’ve accepted the order in perfect condition, which may impact future damage claims.
- Verify Package Contents: Ensure all items are included in your delivery. Any discrepancies should be reported within 48 hours for prompt resolution.
- Concealed Damage: If you discover damage after delivery, report it immediately so we can assist with claims and resolutions.
Order Refusal Policy
Refusing delivery for reasons other than damage or shipping errors will result in a 20% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.
