Simplified Returns & Hassle-Free Refunds
30-Day Return Window: We understand that a product may not always meet your expectations, which is why we offer a 30-day return period. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the order date. However, please note that refunds will be issued minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect the items thoroughly for any defects, damage, or discrepancies. If you encounter any issues, please contact us right away so we can evaluate and resolve the matter quickly. Our approach is tailored to each specific order. In cases where parts or items are defective, Saunas Prime will either replace the faulty components or issue a refund for their value, particularly in cases where the manufacturer cannot offer a resolution.
Exchanges: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out to us. We are committed to making it right and will assist with exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction with the order.
Inspection and Refund Processing: Once your return is received, our team will inspect the product, which may take 5 to 7 business days. If the product passes our inspection, your refund will be processed. Please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order before it has shipped, we can process the cancellation. However, please be aware that a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping and Restocking Fees: Return shipping charges and restocking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

BOGO Promotions: For any Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotions, both items must be returned to receive a full refund. If only one of the two items is returned, you will receive either a replacement of that item or store credit for the value of the individual item. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges and, in some cases, a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used at purchase.

Chargebacks: Our dedicated team is here to help you resolve any issues. We’ve created fair and industry-leading policies, and we’re on your side. We are highly responsive and committed to providing the best possible resolution.
However, any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you haven’t received a product or have an issue with a product you did receive, please contact us, and we will resolve it.
